    Seriously.  No matter what the question, there is never, ever a black and white, cut and dried absolute answer.  Following are examples.

     Do I need a spinnaker?
     It depends.

     Is an aluminum hull better than fiberglass?
     It depends.

     Can a vessel be considered "fully equipped"  without a bottle of rum?
     .... Okay, there might be one question that can firmly be answered  "no."
